Loved it! It's not just beautiful and tall

However, if something goes wrong - in my case one of the live plants wasn't delivered because it got damaged in transit - Ugaoo customer support takes their own time to resolve issues making the whole buying process very frustrating. I ended up sourcing the plant from elsewhere and requested a refund. I can't hence recommend them. Chances are a local nursery will sell the same plants for a better price as well. Tip for consumers: Slow customer support if something goes wrong.

The packing was excellent and they looked very good and healthy but even after following all the steps mentioned in the direction,four of these lovely plant died ,from the root ,they just fell apart ,very disappointed since they cost so much.
