I enjoy being able to walk into Uptown and also the close proximity to Southend. The management office is uptown 550 reviews so smoothly and it has been the best apartment experience so far for us!! The amenities are awesome, especially Level 21! Great team in place. Great place to live!!! The rooftop drinks are also a great perk for living here. Devonte Jan 23, Loving living here! Concierge has been on top of everything and is mostly available when you need them. Super unresponsive and never helpful. Having the 7x24 hour concierge is important, and they are all helpful. We even have two fitness centers with weights, cardio equipment, and Peloton Bikes to help you achieve your health goals. Out of all apartments I lived in before, uptown is the best Ledya Oct 8, Living at Uptown is a joy. Bianca Dec 11, Sarah May 30, Never met a staff member that was not as nice as could be! Domonique Dec 11, The staff is always friendly and available to help out when needed. I like it so far! The only consistent complaint is the lack of mask mandates. The leasing office agents are always willing to help in any way possible. I haven't completed a week yet but so far so good! I have had a great experience. However I wish the small dog park was maintained better. And the concierge crew is phenomenal. Guest parking is fairly limited however.
