Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in all areas including technical skills, guest relationships and management, and business building. Our associates work one-on-one with one of our dedicated service providers to grow into a career hair stylist. Just like our stylists, our Associate Program has a performance based level system. Our salon company provides an environment of growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every associate finishes our program with the tools for a seamless transition into a career with us as a full-time career stylist.
