Other notable climbs include going from Cormayeur 81km to the Cormayeur Refuge Bertone 87km and the subsequent climb to Grand Col Ferret km , Champex-Lac km to Le Giete km and Trient km to Les Tseppes km - all of which have seen race-changing overtakes throughout the years. The 20th anniversary of the race boasted a stellar field and delivered exciting action, with Courtney Dauwalter achieving an unprecedented triple of the Western States, Hardrock and UTMB in one calendar year.
