Virginmedia.com email log in

I have several different email addresses for different purposes. For the past three days I have been unable to log and and then open a second. I delete it and enter the new email address, virginmedia.com email log in, but can't log in. I've tried using a different browser and get the same.

One of our email addresses is virginmedia. We can't log in to that it says 'forbidden'. We can access it on the iphone mail app. We do happen to be in the currently problematic Area 14 BD2 - is that the reason, but we can log in to blueyonder emails? I have a new device and am trying to set up the log in details for my Virgin emails. My old password which I'm sure is correct is not working and any new passwords I have tried to reset to are not valid even when following the criteria or using the suggested password. I cannot log into my emails online just see them through Outlook so am unable to go into settings, etc. The first step is to log in online to your webmail. What message do you get when you try that? Is this email still linked to your current Virginmedia broadband account? Thanks for replying. My password no longer works when I log in online. It says the password is incorrect and when I try to reset it, every new password I try is invalid. I don't have a Virginmedia broadband account, just a very old email account which has been used for approx 30 years. I'm afraid then your email address is in the process of being closed down. VM only maintains them for broadband customers. That's good to hear.

I have had months of trying to resolve my issues with Virgin Media Mail, through Live Chat and various troubleshooting attempts, but I am getting nowhere. I have a main NTL e-mail address and 3 other Virgin Media e-mail addresses, which I assume are secondary and should be attached to the main account. I can no longer access any of the e-mails through webmail - as it says they are unavailable. Tried password resets, but this doesn't work. I can access most through my phone e-mail client. I can seems to manage or access any of the secondary e-mail accounts through My Virgin Media - they just do not appear. They don't appear to be linked to my main account.
