As in it was the first edition of this championship, only points from this CEV Volleyball European Championship are included in the ranking. Accordingly, the ranking points of the individual professions are kept on the list for a period of 4 years. European ranking points are awarded to all competing national teams according to their final score in the respective competition. All points are awarded only after the respective competition has been finalized. Competitions that contribute rankings points are the two most recent editions of the European Championships including the complete qualification process.
