I urge Vijayanand Road Lines to take immediate action to rectify this situation. I request compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery and the mishandling of the shipment. Additionally, I expect assurance that measures will be implemented to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide a detailed plan of action to address the issues raised.
