I have been thrilled with the Pharmacy and staff at my local Walgreens. I am very disappointed that our insurance carrier has changed, so we no longer are able to get our prescriptions filled at I really like this Walgreens.

My provider sent them a script last week which the pharmacy lost. They faxed over another copy Thursday morning and tried to call and confirm its arrival, but after spending an hour on hold the nurse wasn't able to talk to anyone. I went there in person to sort things out. I couldn't get the pharmacy tech or the pharmacist to call the provider. By their own admission they were "too busy" with "about two hours of work to do" before they could place a phone call to a provider for a waiting customer.
