Unfortunately my daughter and I did not have a good experience here this morning. We arrived at her appt, made 2 weeks ago, only to find out she was not on the schedule. The girl took half and hour to check the Fruitland store and double check the N. Obviously the person scheduling did not enter the appt correctly and things happen. But it was left to the poor register girl to handle it. No supervisor spoke with us or offered anything, even concern, over their mistake. I feel the situation was handled very unprofessionally.
