The Presiding Officer has made the following determination of the proper form of public petitions submitted under Standing Order Petitions may collect signatures for a maximum period of six months. For a paper petition the petition wording should be set out in full on each sheet or side of a sheet where signatures are asked for. A template is available on request. The Petitions Committee has been set up by the Senedd to consider all petitions that meet our rules of collecting signatures. The Committee will next meet on 18 March For every petition you can now see a 'heatmap' showing where people have been signing that petition. You can see maps based on Constituency or Region.
