I will post pictures stating my evidence but will also state them in just words down below, just in case my images are blurry or something of that matter. Funtime Foxy lacks eyelashes. This is evidence of F. Foxy being male because all of the full sized female animatronics have eyelashes. The reason I'm adding this is because Baby and Ballora's eyelashes are placed on different parts of their eyes: Baby's eyelashes are on her 'eyebrow' faceplate sections while Ballora's eyelashes are actually on her eyelids. Baby lacks 'real' eyelids so it makes sense as to why her eyelashes are on the bottom part of her upper faceplates.

From there though as far as I know there are two likely options from there. Genderfluid or Bigender. We know these are possible because we are told they are. In night two Funtime Foxy is referred to as 'he' and on night three referred to as 'her. Bigender means they identify as two or more genders simultaneity. So in either case Funtime Foxy is both male and female. So there you have it.
