Hate to say this but the worst burger I've ever eaten. So much hype about it ,but burger had no taste ,chopped lettuce makes sandwich sloppy. And floor was greasy and our shoes were slipping. Need to address these things and food was cold. January The food was good but honestly I think the service was better than the burgers! Very friendly and helpful. We barely got to our table before they brought us our food- super speedy! Since this was our first time there, I really did appreciate how much time the lady who took our order gave us- explaining the options, the sauces, etc. It was our first time but it won't be our last! Overall a great experience. January Nothing special, employees did their jobs, but nothing more, not friendly but not rude either.

This was the first Whataburger I've eaten at. I've avoided this location until recently, due to the long lines in the opening weeks. Recently, I arrived at pm and was three cars back into the street. It took 45 minutes until I drove away with my order, so plan ahead or avoid if you see the line that long. They only have one drive thru lane right now, and the lobby is closed, so the only way to enjoy their food is to wait or arrive when it's not busy. Once I finally got to the speaker, everything went smoothly. I've now tried the hamburger, the bacon avocado burger, and the spicy chicken sandwich.
