The Withered Animatronics are the pre-rebuilt incarnations of the originals made for the previous Freddy Fazbear's Pizza location in , prior falling into severe disrepair and being replaced by their newer counterpart for the grand reopening of the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 due to an attempted retrofit of the older animatronics that took place before they got scrapped for the newer models.
