The installation of a new state-of the art kitchen which is now home to executive chef Anthony Fletcher of The Ned and head chef Samuel McClurkin former chef of the Royal Family who serve up elevated Irish and British fusion cuisine. A bespoke, hand-built bar was constructed in the basement, with a secret access door masquerading as a bottle shelving unit behind.
