Now that the PS4 is out the PS3 doesn't cost as much and has a catalog of games like Dragon's Dogma, Demon's Souls, Nier, Drakengard, and Red Dead Redemption for me to dive into and play for hopefully lower prices, however, it will soon stop getting games and really only be there for the older ones. The Wii U is starting to get some games, but not really that many are out that interest me, Bayonetta and Monster Hunter 3U are cool, maybe even Captain Toad, but the rest of the current releases not so much. It will, however, be likely to get more in the future and not just die once I play the ones I have, and is backwards compatible with Wii games so I have those to play too. Which system would you say is a better value in terms of games? Is the PS3 catalog good enough to warrant buying one even though there won't be new releases?
