They also have the old news and everything. I love you NBC six. I really like this app, but lately the radar page is not acting right. It used to be that when I left the app open, but went to viewing another app or just let the screen turn off, that I could go back to the app and the radar would pick up where it left off. Now the radar will either be blank or flashes on and off. I have to shut the app down and restart to get radar to work again. Really annoying when I want to keep track of active weather. I really appreciate this app and the valuable weather forecasts and updates. However, I have to dock its rating because there are really poor ad formatting choices. The only way to continue to use the weather app is to hard close and restart.

WOWT - Sunny skies this afternoon helped out road conditions across the area, most of the region in much better shape compared to Thursday afternoon. There are still some snow covered roads, especially neighborhood and side roads around the area so use caution for the drive home and any evening plans. Even with the sun, more dangerous cold is expected tonight into Saturday morning. Temperatures this evening will hold in the single digits through sunset with wind chills of to degrees. Northwest winds of 10 to 20mph will continue through the early evening, but winds should back of a little as we head into the later evening hours. Temperatures will start to drop quickly after sunset, likely dipping back below zero once again by 8 or 9pm. Near record cold is possible tonight as temperatures drop into the to degree ranges.
