I called after 4 weeks as it still said processing. They said wait another week. They again are telling me they will look in to it and get back to me. Telling me now it was never made. So I got lied to once so far. Hopefully I get my money back because now I will have to go make a last minute Christmas gift purchase so my son has one in his hands on Christmas morning.
