Friday, February 18th, PM. I brought three lines and the are all still active in good standing. However it's been over 16 weeks and I still haven't received any of the gift cards. I called the incentive number and it just puts me on hold and is never answered. I called support and was told that there's nothing they can do. Friday, January 6th, AM. Because of this, I decided to give it a try, so switched my phone over. I even confirmed with phone agent and chat agent ensured the per line deal and they told me that I will be receiving two for two lines in weeks. Now, 4 months later, I finally received the card, and it ends up only giving per line. I called them, and they told me there was no such promotion when I signed up… I swear I saw that on their website and it was the reason I switched.

I checked the status of my gift card on the website you provided and it doesn't reflect what I was promised your website states a week waiting period and a condition that we provide xfinity mobile with our old phone. It's been more than four months and we still didn't receive the gift card. It appears that xfinity mobile is trying to unilaterally change the agreed-upon terms. The fact that you had to create a website that tells your customers that xfinity mobile can't keep its promise speaks volumes. We apologize that we can't be of additional assistance here, our Xfinity Mobile team uses different systems that we don't have access to here so we do want you to get the help you need to make sure we can get this right.
