She was amazing, loved how she took and slow and told us exactly what we were doing through each movement. Really enjoyed this class and had a great is Ruston for it, highly recommend! The instructor did not take a single pause the whole class to check in with her students, so it was hard to tell her that I was struggling. As a result, I had to leave early because the music was hurting my ears and possibly doing damage because I had tinnitus for several hours afterwards. The dance floor had too many people on it making it hard to freely move. It felt like she was enjoying the class for herself instead of guiding and holding the space. I felt more of a showy, cliquey, competitive vibe rather than the collective nourishing, embodied energy I usually look for in dance classes.

I began a yoga journey looking to try something just for 'me' as I am the fearless leader of a wonderful family of 5, to help find an outlet for the stress and anxiety that everyday life in today's wicked world seemed to pile on top of me to the point I couldn't get out from underneath it. With really no expectation of myself or the facility just because I wasn't quite sure what to expect I left my 1st class thinking 'I think I found something that is going to help my mind feel better' and I cannot describe how bad I've wanted that feeling for so long. I have been going faithfully for only a month or so now and my family and everyone around me has noticed something has changed for the better
