When enduring chronic pain I have learned it is better to move than to be still, even on the worst of pain days. This Yoga for Back Pain is perfect as I have pulled my lower back gardening and wanted a modified practice. I also suffer knee pain but I can't find a yoga sequence to relieve it. Thank you, Adriene.
