It seems that my phone can't detect sim card, this message appears in appleid stating that the added phone number does not connect to the Apple device even though the sim card already exists and the same number has not changed anything, I contacted Apple support and did not solve the problem, I tried almost all the solutions, so that I made full configurations for the device and the settings, and it's no use… check photo. SIMcard itslef is perfectly fine I already reached my carriere support. I can get messages to my phone from local numbers, but verification codes for WhatsApp, TikTok and etc. Now I am just stuck inbetween the numbers, which makes my business very complicated. I am using one esim and one Physical sim. Every time i am trying to verify it shows "you must have a sim associated with an apple device for this number to be used for imessage and Facetime". Had to have a senior tech wipe all eSIMs, reset carrier settings and also reset network settings. I still feel that someone did hack my eSims through using my identity. Which I have not done. I can go to iPhone storage in my settings and it shows 6 documents related to my ATT account that they said were suspicious but I cannot delete evidence for my attorney. The senior tech said they were flipping sims and making nothing work. To deal with sims ask for a senior at apple and for carrier settings call your service provider and update all cellular info.
