Young Guns is a portfolio competition awarding creative professionals 30 years and under, including designers, illustrators, entrepreneurs, and more! After all, this is an award that honors a young creative's body of work over multiple years, young guns studio, not just what could be done over Zoom and with social distancing.

The One Club For Creativity invited us to develop the identity of their latest Young Guns award YG17 , which recognises the vanguard of creative professionals 30 years of age and under. Founded in , the portfolio-based competition has grown to become one of the most coveted awards for young creatives around the globe. The identity is inspired by the event itself and how it puts the spotlight on young talent. We spent some time studying light and played with its behaviour as it passes through objects. Refractions, reflections and occlusions were the foundations we used in developing the identity. Intersecting beams of light, colour contrasts and complete darkness make it a playful system, with a wide variety of solutions for every format, from static to animated.

Young Gun Silver Fox are musical sorcerers. On West End Coast, they've fashioned a fresh and modern sound that summons one of the most vibrant and influential epochs in popular music. The ten songs herein pay homage to s Los Angeles, a golden age of recording that infused the pop charts and FM airwaves with a blend of soulful voices, immaculate melodies, stellar musicianship, and sophisticated studio technology. It was inevitable that two of the UK's most prolific and versatile pop music linguists would one day collaborate on a studio project that crystallized many of their creative strengths. West End Coast fuses the talents they've mastered in their respective careers, from Andy's role as frontman and co-founder of Mamas Gun to Shawn's numerous self-produced projects with AM and his own Ping Pong Orchestra. The authentic hybrid of styles on West End Coast is further steeped in the fact that Shawn, the team's silver-haired Silver Fox, is an American who resided in LA for seven years before relocating to London. What a voice! Some of the music he generated on this album was so special I really had to dig deep to do it justice in a songwriting sense. An undeniable synergy informs Young Gun Silver Fox's maiden voyage. Recorded and mixed at Lee's Trans-Yank Studio in London, West End Coast straddles several sensibilities that are united by the duo's impeccable songwriting. Each song is like a post card from their unique musical universe. Album opener "You Can Feel It" sets the tone with a soundscape that conjures the vastness of California's Pacific Coast Highway and a cool ocean breeze blowing through the chorus. London's West End sets the scene for "Emilia," with a little Sunset Strip flash fuelling the song's high octane grooves. The latter tune's coda sends the song into a whole other kind of orbit before the infectiously tuneful "In My Pocket" glimmers like a pot of pop music gold. In fact, little sonic treasures abound on West End Coast.

Emilio Estevez originally requested Bon Jovi 's "Wanted Dead or Alive" as the theme song for his upcoming Billy the Kid sequel, but Jon Bon Jovi ended up composing an all-new theme song for the film's soundtrack instead. The album mainly focuses on the theme of redemption and whether an individual's past wrongs will catch up with them. Another theme on the album is about making a stand and making yourself heard in the world. The album more or less transitioned Jon's songwriting from mostly girls and having a good time to other subject matters, which would lead into him and his band 's further maturing in songwriting with 's Keep the Faith. Emilio Estevez originally approached Bon Jovi to ask him for permission to include the song " Wanted Dead or Alive " on the soundtrack. This was the first time that "Blaze of Glory" was heard. Fusco called his co-producers into the trailer to listen, and it was named the theme song for Young Guns II on the spot. He declared he'd written 'Blaze of Glory', which of course then went through the roof in the States.
