Mexican food chain, the Zambrero Group has announced that it will open its first-ever drive-thru restaurant in Western Australia next month on December 12 at 12 noon. Zambrero has seen strong growth in Western Australia, according to Western Australian Area Developer for the group Gordon Bain, so it was only natural for the chain to open a drive-thru that will more quickly and more conveniently serve customers their favorite healthy alternative bites. Of all the locations in Western Australia, Joondalup was chosen strategically as the first drive-thru branch. Bain said the building had previously operated as a drive-thru restaurant. Also, there were no Mexican food options in the immediate vicinity, so the new drive-thru will help Zambrero capture a large untapped market.
