I took 1 star away for the horrible network configuration 'utility '. I've been using this printer for a year or two and I like it overall but two things really, really frustrate me about it. That is misleading, and untrue. The label printer the labels don't smudge and they are beautiful. ZINK Paper looks like regular white photo paper until heat activates the different color layers independently to create full-color. The print quality is good but not exceptional. Built-in automatic cutter for kiss and full cuts. BUT once you connect it's very easy to print. If you are unhappy with yours, contact customer service.
