On time both ways; driver loaded all our luggage including a heavy wheelchair to our rented Villa and collection from a hotel in Majorca. What I found with Zip was there excellent communications by email. Had replies to my inquiries in less than an hour. Would definitely use this service again. Thank you Zip for making our journey to and from airport so smooth. It's clearly stated that I booked and pay for a private taxi for 2 persons only. To my surprised this company failed to provide this service. Instead we are 6 adults and 1 child. The lady who assisted us informed us to take another taxi as they can not provide us a private taxi only for us. Its unacceptable and very unprofessional for them to treat their customer like this. They rest assured us that they can provide a service but unfortunately they didn't. Driver didn't show- Zip Transfers were unable to help, left me stranded at airport having to make my own way.
