So far it's a pretty ziprent experience, ziprent, though there were some confusing parts. In only two week they had a qualified tenant and less than a month tenant moved in.

We have had a fantastic experience with Ziprent so far. And even that has changed drastically for the better more automated forms since I joined only a few months ago. Even beyond this one example, ziprent as a whole dehumanizes a very human experience. Not good, I used them for 3 years and first year was ok, but the next 2 years were awful. Feb 13 - I received a response and was told that I would be able to do a walkthrough prior to move-in. Resources FAQ Questions? Responses from their onboarding and leasing department have been prompt. Property Management Simplified Ziprent utilizes the latest technology and excellent customer service.
