I'm English, no Spanish unfortunately. Called ,they answered quickly but it was a spanish recorded message which I did not understand. My Spanish friend listened to the message and told me to input my phone number and wait. After doing this I got an English message giving options for customer service or technical dept. All good after that, the problem was corrected. If I cannot understand the initial message, what chance do I have of knowing to input my phone number??!! Just add a brief English message to say put in your phone number and wait a moment. It's not rocket science!! Dear Customer Service, After using 20GB of internet in germany, I received a text message that I need to top up even though I have not used up the purchased limit of GB by any means. How can this be? I cancel the card including the business relationship with immediate effect, because the promise to use GB promised by SMS was not kept. In addition, I want my money of 40Eur back, because I had big problems due to the above circumstances!!!
