The owner, Marleny was the most gracious, friendly woman we have met in a long time. We are wildlife photographers, and the guides she set us up with spotted more than we dreamed of to take pictures of. We look forward to spending many more vacations building memories at this gem! It took me a long time to realize I was no longer on the shore of Drake Bay and expect to see it out of the window still. On the morning we left we had a yellow king bird sitting on a post 10 yards from our chalet and 15 yards the other an impressive pale eagle with a fierce looking beak and similar expression.
