The proximity to the galley and lavatory area might be bothersome. For me the constant movement is also a visual distraction as you try to watch TV. I find the mini-cabin rows 3 and 4 to be better than the larger cabin.

Overhead storage at seat 13A is not available due to oxygen tanks completely filling the space, must use adjoining overhead bins. Overhead bin full with Oxygen tanks leaving no space for baggage. The First Class seat was spacious and had enough room so that I could lie flat, even being over 6 feet tall. Nice flight, thanks to the AA crew! Location is close to lav, but never had a line form near us. The exit door only slightly impacts leg room and you can easily get up, and less impacted by people going in and out of galley. The aircraft is configured with seating for in three cabins including Business Class - featuring 37 seats that transform into fully lie-flat beds, Premium Economy - featuring 24 recliner-style seats plus additional legroom, and the Main Cabin Economy Class - featuring 66 Main Cabin Extra seats offering extra legroom and standard Economy Class -style seats. By far the best transatlantic business seat in the air. Don't hesitate to pay the few extra dollars for this seat if your company won't pay for business class! If you are tall, do NOT book an economy seat. LOVED this seat. Given the traffic and ongoing talk show, light sleepers should not sit here. I would not however pay the extra for a middle seat. It was a good location. Both seats are perfect. I would choose this seat again. I'm only 5'9" and when I recline me knees are pressed against the seat in front of me. Not having under seat storage in front of you was not an issue because the overhead compartments in this cabin and reserved for PE customers only, so carry on space was not an issue. Nice amenity kit w bigger pillow and overear headphones. The seat has no window, but for an overnight flight, the extra legroom is fantastic. Why the flight attendants permitted this I will never understand.
