On Christmas Eve, we were looking for a place to eat when we finally decided to go to Boucherie near Union Square. I love this place: huge with definitely the feel of being in a Parisian brasserie. The restaurant was decorated for the occasion, with a big tree at the entrance. I loved the fact that they offer drinks like this so you get excited to get one and are not just getting soda, coffee or tea if you do not want alcohol. My drink was so good: also refreshing, it had a pieces of raspberries in it that added a nice texture.

Olive oil confit sardines, potato salade and fresh herbs, dijon mustard vinaigrette. Bibb lettuce, dijon mustard vinaigrette, fresh herbs and fried shallots. Beef tenderloin, capers, cornichons, shallots, quail egg and pommes gaufrettes. Endives, walnuts, blue cheese and grapes, raspberry vinaigrette.
