Cain's Destiny are a set of items with a required character level of 70 and are only available in the expansion pack, Reaper of Souls. The set is comprised of four pieces that of armor that can be worn by any class. These items must be crafted by the Blacksmith after he has learned the level 12 Plan: Cain's Destiny. None of these items can drop as loot. Each item in this crafted set is almost completely random each time it is created, with all 6 modifiers 4 primary and 2 secondary chosen at random. The main attraction to creating items from this and from the other level 70 sets is to obtain the partial set bonuses on top of the legendary quality item rolls. Well-geared players mix and match multiple sets to stack up the best possible bonuses spread across all of their equipment, and incorporate the Ring of Royal Grandeur as well.
