I enquired when my last check-up was they usually let me know when a check-up is due and as it was in I asked to book. I was told that I would need to find another NHS dentist if I wanted a check-up as they are only taking private patients. I asked how long it was going to be for and they could not give me a time scale. I can book as private but it will be over double the cost.

The governance systems were effective. Are services well-led? Complaints were dealt with positively and efficiently. My son was referred to have his teeth sorted out we was very impressed with the service we got my son does not like dentists when we got there the dentist was that good he spoke to my son and he was relaxed and got on with the treatment we have been a few times now and all the family is pleased with the service and we are all going to the dentist best dentist around first class service all round very clean place lovely staff too.
