The thirteenth season was announced November 30, , [2] [3] and production for the season began in April at Epitome Pictures ' studios in Toronto , Ontario. This also marks the first time in Degrassi history that a season aired for a full year as the season began airing in early July and ended in late July and was split into 3 parts.
