The bird starts screaming while on the wheel with platforms right before one of the checkpoints. There's a barrel and I know the piece is there but for the love of me I can't find it. It seems like you have to activate something to rotate a building in the background. Anyone can help me? When even the bird can help, I seriously don't know what to do. A little bit more info since maybe you don't understand the part of the level: basically after you get the N letter you find a vine, and by grabbing the vine you start rotating a wheel, you follow the platforms until you get to a barrel. That's where the bird starts screaming for the puzzle, but there's nothing.
