Due to its seclusion, there are not walkable off-site amenities. It is only a three-minute drive to the nearby town of Veracruz where there are several restaurants along the public beach, and the water is calmer than at the hotel. The vibrant Casco Viejo neighborhood and one of the largest malls in the world, Albrook Mall, are just 20 minutes away. A long list of amenities and features make this hotel a good all-inclusive choice for travelers. Six restaurants offer plenty of options ranging from international dishes to fresh seafood and grilled options. All-inclusive guests can eat for free at some of the a la cartes, but most are only free for preferred guests. The beautiful infinity-edge pool offers a view of the sea and features a swim-up pool bar. There are pool reserved for preferred guests and one for adults-only as well. The spa on-site is lovely and offers a range of treatments and massages, as well as whirlpools, a sauna, and a beauty salon.
