EODev Energy Observer Developments is the result of the unique experience acquired on board Energy Observer: the first clean doppler weather radar self-sufficient hydrogen vessel, developing innovative solutions for the environment. Created in MarchThe company's mission is to accelerate the energy transition by offering sustainable, reliable, efficient, and affordable industrial solutions. To reach these objectives, it is not only essential to convert the most fossil fuel-consuming sectors, such as mobility and industry, e odev club green hydrogen, e odev club, but also to provide them with innovative and smart options facilitating their transition to carbon-free solutions.

An event all the more significant as HSH Prince Albert II also wished to support with his presence the presentation of this innovative boat, which marks a turning point in the pursuit of low-carbon maritime mobility and sustainable yachting, challenges that it faces. From a technological point of view, around the Toyota battery, all of the electro-hydrogen hybridization carried out by EODev and its integration on board were the result of collaborative work with EVE System and Alternatives Energies. In addition to its very high energy density, hydrogen has a double interest: it is an inexhaustible resource whose combustion only releases water, oxygen and heat, which can be easily reused. As a reminder, the first internal combustion engine running on hydrogen dates from , invented by the Swiss Isaac de Rivaz.

If EODev thus reinforces its ambition to become a leading player in the industrial developments linked to the energy transition, EVE System benefits from this long-term strategic and technological link-up to strengthen its development in the combination of decarbonated electrical and hydrogen systems. EVE System started its activity in the automotive industry and quickly expanded to other sectors of activity including urban mobility, industry and the workboat sector. Expert in the design and integration of on-board intelligence, electric and hybrid propulsion systems architectures, its customers include European manufacturers such as Fiat, Michelin, and the CEA. They were not yet 30 when they decided to set up their "start-up", at a time when the first Prius, leaving the Toyota workshops in , looked a bit like an alien vehicle, and everything remained to be developed in the field of electric propulsion. Certified ISO since , EVE System deploys today its know-how in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science and motorization to manufacture battery systems and on-board electronic devices, fully tested in its workshops. Its integrated design office composes tailor-made solutions to meet the electrification and hybridization needs of its customers, as well as specific functions in an existing embedded intelligence architecture. While it may seem surprising that a month-old start-up invests in a year-old company, this participation is in fact logical given the complementarity of the expertise of the two entities, their values and a common vision. Above all, EODev's investment will allow EVE System to accelerate its development, especially beyond France, as an extension of EODev's mission, a supplier and incubator of solutions for the energy transition.
