My husband and I had planned a 3 week trip to visit friends in Australia and expore on Motorcycles. We are all motorcycle owners and riders. My husband and I live in the USA. We made arrangements for our motorcycle rental with Eagle Rider. We paid our deposit and a few weeks later they billed and received from our credit card the total amount of our rental. This was in February and our Trip was the end of March. We were planning on going all the way up until Australia issued a 14 day quarantine and our flights were being cancelled. I contacted Eagle Rider asking for a refund. Eagle Rider refused. They said that their policy indicates no refunds and offered me a voucher. I explained that their policy also says that Requests for refunds will be reviewed by Customer Service and will be at the sole discreation of the company.
