Upon exploring the Glass Desert area of the game, you come across one such activity associated with Fountains and some Plort Statues. Despite their small number, finding all three can be frustrating. The location of the fountain is marked with a red circle in the partial image of the Glass Desert below. Entering the fountain from the east, you should be able to look up at the top of its northwest corner and see the first Dervish Plort Statue on the ledge. This page is about oasis locations. There are 14 oases throughout The Glass Desert , each one within a certain distance of a Fountain , which provides the Ancient Water required to restore them. Restoring all 14 is not required for game completion or achievements, but at least one must be watered for the Renewal achievement. Restoring an oasis triggers spawn nodes of Slimes , Fruit and Veggies , and in some cases, Water Springs. Hen nests never spawn with an oasis, although certain Fruit and Veggie nodes may be found before an oasis is restored.
