According to our server, nothing with gluten goes in the fryer. Our son has the tortilla chips and fajitas with no issues. Their menus vary slightly from location to location. They substituted corn tortillas for the quesadillas and cooked them on foil covering the grill. They told us that it is not a dedicated fryer for the chips shared with the churros , so we skipped them. The Ambler location does not have churros and has a dedicated fryer for their chips.

The food is amazing and the employees are always courteous and attentive.
