There is a secret cave with seemingly no entrance. It is located under Narukami shrine and what seems to be an intended entrance is visible from the North side. Though, unlike the hole in the northern island, I couldn't find a related quest, nor a puzzle anywhere near that could relate. There IS a place of interest though - a narrow canyon under a bridge with a path leading to a sword. However, the sword does not glow, cannot be interacted with, and has no one talking about it.
