With only 24 days left in the day challenge, Louis Curtis, aka Grant Cardone, is rushing to create a million-dollar business a reality on season two of the Discovery Channel series Undercover Billionaire. In the latest episode, Curtis and business partner Matt Smith are looking for a set location to run their marketing company out of, searching for more clients and attempting to overcome trust issues within the team. After looking at a building that is too small and another that is far too big, Curtis and Smith find a location off of Oneida Street that is a perfect fit for their home base. In an effort to avoid losing another real estate deal, Curtis encourages Smith to go to the seller to set up an owner financing deal. Smith said by doing this, he learned how quickly a commercial estate could sell because rather than waiting years for the deal to close like he had with his other businesses, this deal was closed within 10 days. At this point, the internal marketing team that Smith hired remains skeptical of Curtis, and Smith said the skepticism went both ways.
