In an unexpected turn of events, Gwenpool decided to become a supervillain. She marked her descent into villainy by unmasking Spider-Man and exposing his secret identity. It only took the Goblin Army one day to take advantage of this revelation and bombard Miles' home, killing all of his family, including his wife and kid. After the superhero community learned that Gwenpool was behind it, as well as other evil actions, Spider-Man joined forces with Vincent Doonan and Terrible Eye to travel back in time and remove Gwen from the picture. They sought the help of Gwenpool's brother Teddy since she didn't know he was also in the comic book world like her, [1] and had him force Gwen's younger self through a portal that took them to a pocket universe that recreated Gwen's original world , and erased her memories of her time as Gwenpool in the process.

Gwenpool real name Gwendolyn "Gwen" Poole , is a fictional character and superheroine who appears in American comic books published by Marvel comics, appearing as the main protagonist of her own series called The Unbelievable Gwenpool. She also shares the similarities of Deadpool due to both being mercenaries and having awareness that their in comic books, with the former having this ability due to living in a universe where Marvel heroes only exist in comic books. She and her brother Teddy were sent to the prime universe by unknown reasons, but Gwen would become a mercenary and due to her extensive knowledge of the Marvel universe, had the advantage against opponents. She was created by Chris Bachalo, Jordan D. This Earth was different from others, where superheroes and supervillains were fictional characters that manifested through comics and other media. Gwen would drop out of high school when she was a teenager, and felt isolated due to her friends moving on with their lives and her being unable to find a profession.
