Over the past three years, Michael has led HEABC in the preparation and execution of a bargaining strategy to renew the health sector collective agreements and the BC Physician Master Agreement, focusing on collaboration and a shared commitment to improving both the working environment for health care professionals and the health care services that BC residence rely on. Her portfolio also includes providing leadership for strategic, long-term planning to address growing service demands, cost pressures and partnership opportunities that will contribute to HEABC's future success. In her role, Audra provides leadership, direction and management to Recruitment Solutions and its programs, including the development of strategic and innovative policies and programs to support provincial recruitment and retention practices, in addition to identifying and pursing opportunities to promote the activities of HEABC at the local, regional, national and international level. Audra joined HEABC with over 10 years of experience in executive search, specializing in the recruitment and mobilization of healthcare professionals. Her proven track record for developing business and marketing strategies, delivering results and building relationships are a great fit for HEABC. He has a strong knowledge of labour and employment law and litigation processes, and has successfully led all aspects of collective bargaining in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
