Ideally located for my requirements - midway between Albany and Auckland and very close to Takapuna. A good selection of restaurants and bars in the complex. The staff is always extremely helpful when I need things done - printing documents, changing length of stay, etc, etc. Love the hotel, very comfortable bed though the pillow is a bit too soft that gave me stiff neck, but it's just personal preference. Very clean, and great location with good variety of food. Noticed that all the chrome tap ware in the bathroom are absolutely clean, shiny and spotless. I was really impressed as I have not even seen this in international 5-star hote I was really impressed as I have not even seen this in international 5-star hotels. Love that it's so near Kawai Pura Pura where I attended a festival. Will definitely stay here again.
