Entrepreneurship is influenced by the desire to achieve psychologically rather than economic motivations. In this study, the responses of students to the entrepreneurial tendency scale were examined in terms of demographic characteristics. There was no significant difference among the genders in terms of working method and personal satisfaction.
Although work-values is a widely used term when work goals are studied, we prefered to name this variable as "work goals". The first step was to find out what these goals are. An open ended question asked why people work. Responses from participants were content analysed and 79 most frequently mentioned responses were selected for constructing a scale measuring work goals. The scale measures agreement on a six-point scale.

Today, employees commitment to enterprises one of the issues that are important for them to be successful. In this study, to determine the attitudes and behaviour of the employee, the three dimensions of organizational commitment affective, continuance, and normative commitment are dwelled on. The study was carried out in an enterprise operating in the province of Balikesir. According to the survey results, there is no differences among affective, continuance, and normative commitment by age of employees. In terms of education, and time of employed, found difference between the levels of affective commitment, while there is no difference between the level of continuance and normative commitment.
