Being a promotional animation linked to Anime Mirai and will be broadcast during a special event, it was never intended for television broadcast. As such, through budgetary perspective, the studio chose to invest as much as possible in the quality of the work rather than in its broadcast — Buying a broadcast slot would have partially reduced their budget for the film's development, and video release was considered as an option.
