We offer a large variety of home made baked goods, six different types of smoked meats as well as various side dishes. Drove all the way out here and they do not separate the bread from the other cooked meats so everything is cross contaminated. If you judge barbecue by how tender and smoky the meat is, this is one of the best places in Alabama. From a Gluten free standpoint, it's not that they go out of their way to be accommodating, but rather that they don't use wheat in their barbecue sauce and don't have much on their menu besides meats, so in my experience, it's pretty safe.
