The food was delicious. Unfortunately, I was glutened by cross contamination. My reaction was not severe enough to warrant a full blown wheat ingestion but enough that I know I was hit with something. I brought my own chips after reading the fryer was not celiac safe and ate from my own salsa. I ate a scoop of ceviche which was taken off the communal plate before anyone touched it and was delivered on a separate plate from the wheat tortilla chips.
