Mystical Agriculture adds new ways to farm resources. No longer do you have to mine for stone. Gone are the days of strip mining for resources. Also introduces a bunch of upgraded material types which can be used to craft new tool sets, armor sets, and machines. In my tests, harvesting a crop by hand had a small chance to drop seeds of the plant which I was harvesting.

The blocks and items added by Mystical Agriculture all require two base materials, Inferium Essence and Prosperity Shards. Inferium Essence can be obtained in multiple ways. While mining can be a fun pass time, there is a much more agricultural solution to collecting Inferium. You can also get Inferium Essence by killing mobs. Prosperity Shards are obtained by mining Prosperity Ore in the ground. You can find the ore in the overworld between Y levels 24 and Mining Inferium can be lucrative to start, but in the long term it won't be enough. There is a much more scalable solution to this: Inferium Seeds! Inferium Seeds can be grown on any farmland. However, to be able to gain additional seed drops, they need to be planted on Essence Farmland.

Dirt seeds require Tier 1, while Glowstone Seeds require Tier 4. However, they will not drop additional seeds unless planted on Essence Farmland.

Mystical Agriculture is a mod based around the concept of growing your resources with crops. Use crops to grow essences used to make materials, mob drops, tools, armor and possibly even more! Gods of destruction

Essence Farmland is created by crafting or by right-clicking on vanilla Farmland in-world with an essence. The Infusion Crystal can be used times for this purpose, while the Master Infusion Crystal can be used an unlimited amount of times. If you are looking to expand your crop fields, you will either have to do a lot of manually crafting of seeds, or you should start by harvesting your fields manually. You can then manually grow and cut down Prosperity Trees, or use Bonsai Pots. The better the tier, the better the effects. Each compatible resource has seeds, plants, and essence. Additionally, the mod can eliminate the need for destructive terraforming—if you love your world too much to destroy it for the sake of gathering dirt, stone, ore, etc
