Moxie girlz
I never moxie girlz have anticipated the way these Bratz look alikes would mold my dolly world when I first learned of their existence in But as I reflect on these past eight moxie girlz as an adult doll collector, I can see how they were slowly leaving a mark on me, even in those early days, moxie girlz. In the years I had stepped away from my dolly hobby, there had been a time when Bratz were almost erased.
The Moxie dolls do indeed have regular feet : Nice reveiw as always! Amorie is my favorite! I think that's a good idea, Steph. I had a similar thought--especially because the Chelsea clothes fit pretty well. Amorie definitely deserves a better outfit!

The dolls stood at 10 inch dolls and featured a more youthful screening and more conservative fashions compared to Bratz. The line launched with four core characters: Avery , Lexa , Sophina and Sasha , the latter of which was named after the Bratz character of the same name. In early , Sasha would be replaced by Bria as the fourth core Moxie Girl. Later in , Bratz would return to the market with new releases, but Moxie Girlz would coexist alongside the new Bratz. But then I ended up with, like, twelve of them and I started getting bored. Especially because Moxie dolls have very, very, very flat faces. And what art style involves girls with very large eyes? Not the ramblings of an exhausted student with too much creative energy. So now you know all that, grab a piece of paper. If you want to start work on your doll instead of planning out the eyes on paper, make sure the doll is properly prepared to be repainted. For information on how to prep a doll for repainting, see my post on Materials and Doll Prep.

Neve is my favorite, probably because the blonde hair and the dirty marks make her look vulnerable xD. I agree! That Neve is so sweet. It's interesting how her face gives off such a different personality than the others, isn't it?

My name is Rapunzel and my hair is a mess. Red paint is for lips, white is for eye reflections. Great review. It sounds like little Amorie was meant for you! This type of wavy texture never seems to do well with the lower quality hair fibers. See the picture below. I think that's a good idea, Steph. I was influenced heavily by the words of others--I was sucked into a world of needless drama and constant complaining. Emily, I reviewed Tally over at my blog Planet of the Dolls, and I addressed some of the flaws you found in your Tally. Great question! There is also a dark brown haired doll. They are rounder than natural eyes. Soon after the brand was quietly discontinued.

Trim the hair optional. Facial details. Phase 2, Step 9: Varnish the eyes and lips Use a small brush to apply several layers of glossy varnish to the eyes and lips. Then I begin shading in the pupils. Thicker on top, thinner on the bottom lid. Specifically, I recall the day I found a collection video on Youtube. Outline the eyes. If you get a chance, check out the comparison. Heat them up with hot water, push down on the head, and pop them off. It seems like a stupid amount of work.
